Initial deposit of one night's stay is due within 3 days of booking with final
payment due 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to arrival during
holiday season). Or, you can pay all at once.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival (45 days prior to
arrival during holiday season) will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation
charge. Cancellations made 30 days or less prior to arrival (45 days or
less during the holiday season), in the winter, are subject to full forfeiture
unless the condo can be re-rented, in which case the difference in rental
amounts will be forfeited (i.e. You rent for $500, then cancel, and we are
able to re-rent for $300, you will receive $300 back).
If booking less than 30 days in advance, payment in full is due within 3
days of booking.
