Rates
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to
arrival will be subject to a $75.00 cancellation charge. Cancellations
made 30 days or less prior to arrival are subject to full forfeiture of
rental cost unless the condo can be re-rented, in which case the
difference in rental amounts will be forfeited (i.e. You rent for $500,
then cancel, and we are able to re-rent for $300, you will receive $300
back).
This is a no-pets and non-smoking unit.

Check-in: Check-in is across the street at Beaver Village Lodge.
Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am.
Cleaning fee: Stays three nights or less are assessed a $65.00
cleaning fee. This fee is waived with stays of four or more nights.
Rates: Rates vary based on the season and may also vary by day of
the week; all nights available are individually listed in our store at
www.FrostysCollectibles.com (click on Winter Park Condo Rentals at
bottom left) so you can plan your vacation according to your needs.
